This process includes an objective competitive assessment from culinary, price, packaging, and market standpoints; full organization review; marketing assessment; gap analysis; growth analysis and vendor matching; and product & service validation.
Advise And Validate
After completing a full assessment, we will advise you on how to best fill any gaps in your foundation. This includes creating a channel landscape and segment strategy, advising on team structure and external resources, conducting sales training and meeting moderation, providing targeted operator recommendations, exploring broadline and DOT distribution, outlining marketing and communications strategy, and contract and financial advisement.
Activate Opportunities
When you have successfully resolved issues from the previous phase, it’s time to accelerate. We’ll introduce you to partnership opportunities, continuing product innovation and competitive intelligence methods, assist with product launches, connect you with industry events and tradeshows, share our celebrity and influencer rosters, and identify investor and acquisition opportunities.
